Remove the oxide layer on the pipe in the welding zone with a special scraper (cycle) Do not use sandpaper.
To facilitate putting the coupling on the pipe after removing the oxide layer, it is necessary to remove the chamfer at the outer end of the pipe. Removing the untreated surface or incomplete removal of the oxidized layer can cause non-sealing for the welded joint.
Measure the welding zone and place the mark with a special marker, to ensure the pipe is set to the inner stop of the coupling. -If the ovality of the welded pipes exceeds 1.5% of the diameter, special clamps should be used to correct it.
The surface of the pipes and the internal surface of the fittings must be degreased with special alcohol-containing napkins before installation.
Insert the pipe ends into the coupling (up to the internal stops) while simultaneously checking the depth of the input with the marks marked on the ends of the pipe. Connect the welding wire connectors to the fittings. Use the scanner to read the information from the barcode, or enter the parameters manually.
After the welding process is completed, the welding cable connectors do not dissipate until the part has cooled down completely. The indicators of the fittings go out, which means the welding process was successful.
